Do you offer larger curtain samples?

No, at the moment we don’t offer larger samples outside of the EU

Should I choose a rail or a rod?

Choose a curtain rail for a modern and minimalistic look, or a rod for a timeless interior detail. Take me to the guide !

How do I black out with curtains?

Think high and wide - the more fabric draping your window, the better the black out effect. Take me to the guide !

How do I get the hotel-look?

Use curtains in two layers - one sheer and one heavier. Choose a ceiling mounted curtain rail for a spaceous feeling, and place the rails with a 7-10cm distance inbetween. Take me to the guide !

How do I measure the length of my curtains?

For the perfect trail - measure from floor to ceiling and add 1cm. Take me to the guide!

How do I choose the width of my curtains?

A curtain in single width in a curtain track drapes at least 35cm, and at the most 90cm. A curtain in double width drapes at least 70cm, and at the most 180cm. Take me to the guide!

Maximize the impact of your window by installing your roman blind 15cm above the window and covering the full width, including the window trim. Take me to the guide.

Yes, we always offer free curtain planning meetings. Our curtain experts are happy to help you with your curtain planning based on your needs and dreams, providing you with a complete proposal afterward. Do you offer installation?

We currently offer installation in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

How long is the delivery time?

We will dispatch your curtains within three weeks of placing your order. Curtain tracks and other accessories are dispatched within two working days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email and can always track your order quickly and easily via this.

What is the price of shipping?

How will my curtains be delivered?

For our US customers, all orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Can I return custom made curtains?

No - all curtains are sewn made to measure your exact measurements, which means we can not take any products in return.

Can I return accessories?

You have a 14-day right to return all accessories, excluding made-to-measure curtain tracks and rods. The packaging has to be intact and unbroken. To get a return note, email order@gotain.com. The refund will be returned to the same account that the payment was made from, excluding the price for the booked return shipment. For more information regarding your return - contact us , and we will help you.

What qualifies for a reclaim?

All Gotain curtains undergo a thorough quality control in multiple steps before being packed and shipped. If your order was defect or faulty upon receiving it, we kindly ask you to start a reclamation case as soon as the defect has been observed. Describe the defect as detailed as possible and enclose pictures of the damage, this in order for us to be able to assess your case as correctly as possible. If your reclaim case been approved, we will send your a return note which has to be used within 30 days - thereafter the reclaim case will expire. If your reclamation case of a curtain/s has not been approved, you will be charged a fee of 299kr/curtain (within Sweden) for us to send it anew to you. Normal usage and products purchased over 2 years prior do not qualify for reclamation. Please note that all reclamation cases are to be handled over email. This because of our need for tracability in the dialogue, and therefore we abstain all reclaims over phone or chat.
